The Pinte du Paradis Restaurant, located opposite the Aigle Castle, will delight the palate with its inventive menu and market kitchen and a choice of some of the best wines of the region. Its panoramic terrace offers an incredible view overlooking the vineyards and onto the surrounding mountains.
The Pinte du Paradis Restaurant was established in the former barn of Aigle Castle, Dîme House. Thanks to its innovative and refined dishes and its large choice of the best of the regional wines, the Pinte du Paradis has found a place in the 2012 edition of the gastronomic guide Gault and Millau.
Before or after a visit to Aigle Castle, the Pinte du Paradis provides a unique setting for an unforgettable culinary experience. Its wonderful terrace with a view over the Alps and the surrounding vineyards certainly lives up to its name « Paradise ». The dynamic restaurant team like nothing better than to ensure that their guests thoroughly enjoy their gastronomic encounter.
The menu changes according to the season and to the inspired choices of the chef. A special lunch menu is available every day which includes a starter and a main course.
